Just 10 minutes by boat from Picton, Double Cove Retreat is the ideal base from which to enjoy the vast range of recreational attractions and activities that the Marlborough region has to offer.

However, if rest and relaxation is what you desire, the properties architectural elegance and natural bush surrounded grounds provide the perfect setting in which to do just that: the choice is yours!

By Helicopter: The retreat has its own private helipad and is 25 minutes direct from Helipro's Heliport in central Wellington.

By Plane:  Fly into Picton Airport from Wellington with Sounds Air, or into Blenheim Airport with Air New Zealand. We will transfer you from either Picton or Blenheim to Double Cove Retreat (25 minutes).

By Ferry: The Interislander and Bluebridge have several sailings daily from Wellington to Picton. Travelling time is 3 hours and our transfer vessel will meet you at the Picton ferry terminal.

Self Drive: We will meet you at Picton and provide secure storage and a complimentary valet clean for your vehicle.

All transfers to and from Picton during your stay are included at no extra charge.
