Dave St John - General Manager

Originally from Wellington, Dave has spent 22 years working in the marine tourism industry in Australia and is a qualified Commercial Master and Marine Engineer. He has extensive experience producing and facilitating team sailing programs for corporate clients,has a passion for the environment and is also a certified Marine Naturalist. From co-ordinating a corporate retreat, organising a family snorkeling trip to playing a special song for an intimate wedding, Dave can turn his hand to just about anything!

Janette St John - Operations and Administration

Janette is from Derbyshire England and has travelled extensively. She was involved in the initial set up and operation of the Manchester regional tourist centre, has worked on a variety of charter vessels and has facilitated marine based team building programs.

Trevor and Lyn Fisher - Operations and Maintenance

Trevor and Lyn 'retired' to their own idyllic property in Double Cove some years ago, and are now actively involved in the day to day running of the retreat. Trevor maintains the equipment and the extensive landscaped grounds, and is also your fishing guide. He has been in the sounds for many years and has a wealth of knowledge of the area. Lyn takes care of the retreat's interior and is also an authority on the local wildlife.

Doug McMaster - Operations and Activity Co-ordinator

Doug has extensive experience as an outdoor instructor, facilitating activities such as group kayaking, high and low ropes courses, rock climbing, and bush walking. He has also spent time running outdoor activity programs for students. Doug is happy to provide a tailored activity program to suit the requirements of your group.
